Establishment of the organization

This organization is Established from 21st day of January 2000, and register at 17th June 2000, is register number, E-18741(Mumbai) as Human Rights Organization (India) Trust (Wadala Mumabi : - 400031) and received Certificate from the Honorable Assistant Charity Commissioner Department Mumbai On the name of MR. A.H.CHAUDHARY. HRO, Was formed in 2000, MR. A.H.CHAUDHARY, was its founder and secretary general, it then started coordinating individuals and groups all over India who were working for Human Rights any time, any day.

HRO has been working for the past few years independently without receiving any funding from any governmental and foreign organizations and individuals.

It works with International Human Rights Organizations like ‘Human Rights Watch’ to help international society on human rights issues, and spread the importance of the ‘VETO’ for Peace for India, in South Asian Countries’ Sri-lanka, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Barma, Nepal and India.

The NGO, HRO, has been working on protection and promotion of human rights both civil and political, human rights education and mass mobilization, resistance and documentation of human rights violence etc. It also challenges the alleged human rights violation in India and all South Asian Countries.

Mr. A. H. Chaudhary Born in 1952, He is practicing Advocate in Mumbai High Court , he is doing Social Works at Hutments area wadala Mumbai from 1981, and was living in the same locality ‘Corba Meethagar Wadala Hutments’ to serve the down trodden hutments peoples and at present office is at ‘Wadala’ and ‘Thane’ District, and his Ambition is to serve for Human Right, Educational, Medical nature and Humanity for Peace and Justice, from Human right nature, Environmental and Animal rights nature to protect , protest against purely and towards for down trodden peoples for afflicting their standard of living, to bring Awareness the society of their rights, fundamental and constitutional rights for upliftment of standard.

To spread message of Peace and Justice, Humanity Human rights nature, Environmental balance of nature of living and non-living animals of forest and water and spread the importance of the ‘VETO’ for Peace for India, in South Asian Countries, and also ‘VETO POWER’ should be extended for other words countries, at least 10 countries who deserving all bylaws of the UNO in the world , including ‘five’ VETO POWER having countries, with their negative votes, for the present modern word for the balance of Peace and Justice, if not possible to do so the ‘VETO POWER’ word shall be abolished in the ‘UNITED NATION ORGANIZATION’ and the word Peace and Justice organization name shall be given equal rights of voting, in the UNO for any justification for the any country or Individuals from UNO where two third majority Voting will be compulsory to take action and justification, and negative vote of the any country shall be abolished.
